It all sparked with the interest in eating a nutty based cake with cheesy top! I tried my first carrot cake in Secret Recipe. I understood that this could be a healthy serving as they are filled with whole loads of carrots and walnuts in them. Carrots are rich in Calcium and walnuts are rich in iron and Omega 3. So what more? Whack em!
Business started with family orders, then colleagues, friends and now expanded to public. I keep getting particularly carrot cake orders again and again so I guess this is my speciality.
